The clogged gutter on Jalan Otista has caused puddle under Cawang Flyover.

The cause is trash pile thus the puddle cannot be sucked up well

One of hawkers, Dedi (40) said, during rain, the gutter cannot suck up puddle optimally due to trash pile.

"The cause is trash pile thus the puddle cannot be sucked up well. And the water cannot flow smoothly and spill out onto the street," he told, Monday (2/1).

Puddle as high as 20 cm began to recede around 30 minutes. Due to this condition, a number of road users under Cawang Flyover, Jatinegara, East Jakarta, had to slow down their vehicle and caused traffic jam toward Kampung Melayu.

He hoped, the gutter and water channel along the street could be fixed soon.
